What are the costs of testing and supplements/herbs?
Personalized testing is recommended and costs vary depending on your health goals. Testing costs are not included in the appointment fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please note that we require 72hours notice for all appointment cancellations/reschedules. If you do not provide this notice, you will be charged:
➡️ A NGN10,000 cancellation fee for a new appointment.
➡️ A NGN5,000 cancellation fee for follow up Appointment.
How can I purchase Vitamins and Supplements?
We recommend our clinic supplements because we feel they are safe and most effective products.
Medication refill Policy
It is your responsibility to notify your provider in a timely manner when refills are necessary. Approval of refill may take to three business days.
If you have any questions regarding medications please discuss these during your appointment. If for any reason you feel your medications needs to be adjusted or changed please contact us immediately.
How often do I need to come in for an appointment?
Your presentation will determine your next appointment but on an average, most patients come in for an appointment every 6 weeks.
